Being able to write classes, follow existing code structures and develop powerful, easy to decipher, beautiful code is an absolute must. Communication skills are essential as most of the work will be done on-site. A creative mindset and eye for detail are also important.
Required skills -
1) PHP and MySQL experience, working in LAMP environments
2) Complete understanding of MVC and OOP concepts
3) Strong grasp of HTML (including HTML5 basics), CSS, and JavaScript using jQuery

Website Design PHP, Wordpress - oDesk
I need a simple website to be developed, i have a design, text, images, and layout configured. I just need someone who is efficient to put it all together.
A similar site i found http://www.ableprintandpromo.co.nz/ closely resembles what i have on mind. The products are no near as many as the sample site but the overall theme is what i am looking for.
I have set the price at $150.00 but welcome to change this based on your experience. What i want from you is following:
1. Experience - show me some work that you have completed. What language do you think is best for the sample site provided and why.
2. Timeline - I want to complete this project before end of this month, no exceptions.
3. Good communication skills - I am online frequently and would like progress reports. I would like to tackle one category at a time and upload the site as we progress.
4. Continued Service - I would like you to continue servicing the site, price/product updates, addition/removal of items or categories, and general maintenance (hourly rate can be discussed thereafter).
