Logging hours at oDesk

What would be the best way of logging hours at oDesk?

1. Install a Virtual Machine for your favourite operating system.
2. Start the VM and install oDesk Team inside it.
3. Log hours in VM.

The benefit of this approach is having oDesk Team log only the screenshots of your work activity, even if you switch to your host operating system to read a news website :). Kudos to Sergey for this great advice.
